GRADE K (T-BALL)
Frequency: 1 session per week
Days: Saturdays between April 2019 and June 2019
Times: Rotating between 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Duration: 75 minutes
Philosophy: Introduce girls in Kindergarten to softball through T-Ball.  Emphasis on proper fundamentals of catching, throwing, hitting and running the bases.

 

 

GRADE 1- 2   
Frequency: 2 sessions per week
Days: One night during the week (Tuesday or Thursday) and each Saturday between April 2019 and June 2019
Times: 6:00 PM weeknights and rotating between 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday
Duration: 90 minutes
Philosophy: Assist young softball players in taking the next step forward into games.  Sessions will combine 30-45 minutes of skill development, with the remaining time playing a few innings where coaches pitch to players under game situations.

 

 

GRADE 3-4 
Frequency: 2 sessions per week
Days: One rotating night per week (Monday or Wednesday) and each Saturday between April 2019 and June 2019
Times: 6:00 PM week nights and rotating between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday
Duration: 90 minutes
Philosophy: Combination of advanced skill development and full game situations.  Coaches will instruct players in skill development for the first 30-45 minutes followed by full game conditions with players pitching and catching.

 

 

GRADE 5-8 (TRI-TOWN LEAGUE)
Program: Grade 5-6 and Grade 7-8 both compete in a three-way league with Madison and Summit.  Standings and seedings will be determined by game results with playoffs and a Championship game held at end of season.
Frequency: Varies.  Games can be any day except Sunday.
Period: Games begin April 2019.  The regular season ends June 2019 with all playoff games to be completed by June 2019.
Times: Will depend on game location. Home games on weeknights in Chatham typically begin at 6:30 PM.  Saturday home games rotate between 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM.
Duration: 120 minutes or earlier depending on length of game.
Philosophy: Competitive games between rival towns and in-town teams.
